Every mode, one desk.
Scapex Global Forwarding plans, books, clears and tracks cargo across ocean, air, road and rail. One team owns your shipment from pickup to proof of delivery, and one consolidated invoice arrives at the end — no chasing four vendors for one container.
FCL and LCL from every Indian gateway.
Full container loads on direct and transhipment services, plus weekly LCL consolidations for cargo that does not fill a box. We book from Mundra, Nhava Sheva, Hazira, Pipavav and Chennai to Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia.
- 20′, 40′, 40’HC, reefer and flat-rack equipment
- Weekly LCL boxes on the main westbound corridors
- Out-of-gauge and breakbulk via the project desk
- Free-time and detention terms negotiated upfront, in writing

Indicative port-to-port. Your quote carries exact routing and cut-offs.
When the deadline beats the rate.
Next-flight-out for genuine emergencies, consolidated 3–5 day services when speed matters but budget still counts, and full or part charters for oversized and time-critical projects. We fly from Ahmedabad, Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru.
- Temperature-controlled handling for pharma and perishables
- Dangerous goods documentation and packing checks
- Airport-to-airport, or door-to-door with customs both ends
- Chargeable weight explained before you commit — no surprises
| Next flight out | 24–48 h |
| Express consolidated | 3–5 d |
| Economy consolidated | 6–9 d |
| Charter | On request |
Air chargeable weight = greater of actual kg or volume ÷ 6000.
The legs nobody talks about.
Most delays happen before the port and after it. We run first-mile pickup and final-mile delivery across India with FTL and LTL trucking, bonded movement to and from ICDs, and rail corridors where they beat the road on both cost and reliability.
- FTL and LTL across all Indian states, GPS-tracked
- Bonded trucking to inland container depots and back
- China–Europe block trains — ocean-level rates, roughly half the transit
- Cross-border road corridors into Nepal, Bangladesh and Bhutan
China–Europe block train, weekly departures:
| Transit | 16–20 d |
| vs ocean | ~half |
| vs air cost | ~25% |
| Equipment | FCL 40’HC |
Filed right the first time.
Customs is where margin quietly disappears — in demurrage from a rejected entry, in duty overpaid on a wrong HS code, in a licence nobody applied for. Our brokers handle classification, valuation, ICEGATE filing and licence work for Indian imports and exports, and coordinate clearance at the far end through our partner network.
- HS classification and duty planning before booking, not after
- Shipping bill, bill of entry and IGM handling
- DGFT licences, advance authorisation and EPCG support
- Post-clearance duty statements reconciled to your invoice
- Commercial invoice & packing list
- Bill of lading or air waybill
- Certificate of origin
- IEC code and GST registration
- Licences (if the HS code requires one)
- Insurance certificate, where applicable
Storage that earns its rent.
Bonded and general warehousing at gateway locations, with the handling services that make a warehouse useful rather than expensive: consolidation before export, deconsolidation on arrival, pick-and-pack, labelling and e-commerce fulfilment.
- Bonded storage — defer duty until the goods actually sell
- Export consolidation: several suppliers, one container
- Vendor-managed inventory with agreed reorder triggers
- Pick, pack, label and dispatch for marketplace sellers
If you buy from several suppliers in one region, consolidating into a single FCL at origin usually beats shipping three separate LCL lots — often by more than the warehousing costs. We will run both numbers before you decide.
When it does not fit in a box.
Transformers, presses, turbine sections, plant modules. Project cargo fails on the details — a bridge with the wrong load rating, a permit that takes three weeks, a crane that cannot reach. We engineer the route before anything moves.
- Route surveys with bridge, gradient and clearance checks
- Lift plans, lashing calculations and marine surveyor sign-off
- Permits, escorts and police coordination for oversize moves
- Flat-rack, open-top, breakbulk and heavy-lift vessel options
- Dimensions (L × W × H) and gross weight per piece
- Centre of gravity and lifting points, if known
- Origin factory and final site addresses
- Any fixed installation or commissioning date
Not sure which mode fits?
Send the cargo details and the deadline. We will price the realistic options against each other and tell you which one we would pick.
