Scapex Global Forwarding Pvt Ltd exists for the businesses the large forwarders keep on hold: growing importers and exporters who need proper lane control without enterprise volumes. We plan, book, clear and track cargo across ocean, air, road and rail — one accountable desk from pickup to proof of delivery, one consolidated invoice at the end.

We are headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, close to the Mundra, Hazira and Pipavav gateways that carry most of western India’s export trade. Our partner network extends that reach to 128 countries, all running on one operating system — so the person who quotes your lane is on the same team that answers the phone when a vessel slips.

The business has operated since 2019 and was incorporated as a private limited company in 2025. We are deliberately careful about what we claim: you will not find invented tonnage figures or borrowed certifications on this site. What we offer is a named team, real gateway coverage, honest pricing and a quote inside 24 hours.

What we do not claim

Honesty is a strategy, not a slogan

Freight forwarding has a credibility problem, and inflated websites are part of it. We incorporated as a private limited company in 2025, and although the business has run since 2019, we do not publish audited tonnage figures we have not accumulated or membership logos for bodies we have not joined.

What we publish is what we can stand behind: the gateways we book from, the corridors we run, the response times we hold to, and the registration details you can verify with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
