• Enquiry details you send us. When you submit the quotation form or email the desk, we receive what you choose to give: your name, company, email address, phone number, and the shipment details you describe. We use it to answer you and to prepare the quotation you asked for.
• Basic technical records. Like almost every website, our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting.
• Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages are read. Analytics data reaches us in statistical form, not as a profile of you by name. You can block analytics cookies in your browser and every page of this site keeps working.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quotation.
• We do not ask for payment details, passwords or documents through this website.

Who sees your information

Enquiries go to the Scapex quoting desk in Ahmedabad. Where answering your enquiry requires it — a rate from a carrier, a clearance question at a port — we share the shipment details involved, not more. Service providers that host this website and deliver email process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while we are discussing or handling your shipment and for as long afterwards as commercial and legal record-keeping reasonably requires. Server logs rotate on the hosting provider’s standard schedule.

Your choices
